Air signs and the Gemini...

 

I feel that it is important to understand what type of person is born under the sign of Gemini. Air signs are born communicators and represent the various kinds of communication that exist in our universe. these are people who are interested in exploring the world of the mind. they live in their heads or minds, they are mental people, they react to life from a mental point. They enjoy exploring the world or words, education, the various levels of philosophy and spirituality or a combination of sorts. These children usually wind up in families where no one communicates in a way that the child can understand; such circumstances can send the Air signs on a search for the meaning of words, the meaning of the mind, and all other fields of communication.

 

Gemini people are born into the most personal of all the Air signs. They wonder where they fit in the scheme of things. they have lots of "I", "me" and "my" in their consciousness and their life experience requires the incorporation of self into a larger universe. Gemini's are raised in a Father-dominated environment where communication between the parents is difficult for these children to understand. Disagreements between the parents are solved with words not deeds and since young children do not understand what words mean they are uncertain as to what all the fuss is about. they do know that something important is going on because the parents were upset by these strange words. Gemini children learn to use words well for they are good imitators; but often they do not know what the words mean. Because Gemini find communication intriguing they pursue either the world of conversations or the world or books. media becomes important to them and as a result make great contributions in that area.

 

They are explorers of the intellect and naturally very curious people. their curiosity can manifest in many ways: if little to no education is available or too many air signs in the chart they want to talk: they learn by talking, they entertain by talking, and they like a lively and entertaining social life. Each person they meet is a new source of information and entertainment. As they seek out new experiences they forget about the older ones and this can cause a conflict in their relationships because their partner may resent all of the new people coming in and out of their life. If the background was more intellectual, or placed more stress on education, Geminis will explore the world of the intellect and pursue the study of language and/or education. They are enthusiastic about sharing information and social activities with all kinds of new and interesting people but still have issues of maintaining interests in an on-going relationship.

 

The parents of Geminis have some very interesting reactions to each other in terms of their body language. The impact of the words that they react to fascinates Gemini, who feel left out. Geminis often try to recreate these situations in adult life and in their relationships. they need verbal interchanges with their mates. It can start as harmless banter and work its way into bickering. if the mate of the Gemini doesn't understand that Geminis need to see a reaction(body language) to words, and if the mate doesn't respond appropriately to the situation, terrible verbal fights can ensue, leaving lots of hurt feelings and misunderstandings.

 

One relationship difficulty for Geminis stems from a  fear or a disinterest in working through problems to some compatible compromise or solution. Since they are social at heart it's easier for them to run off then work through a serious situation with an old partner. This type of Gemini needs to work through disagreements without becoming resentful. It seems that Gemini people do not understand where they fit in. They keep looking for a secure place in the universe and this is where the double talk takes place. They minimize or maximize any life situation based on the interests of the moment. They tend to be late or early time flies when they enjoy what they do or drags if it they do not.Planets in Gemini tend to have a controversial or contradictory flavor that is added to the personality as well as an interest in the pursuit of the intellectual.
