Jupiter: Logan's Setting Planet

 

Logan's Setting Sign is that of Sagittarius, ruled by the planet Jupiter. Jupiter by nature is the first outer plant that we encounter after the last personal planet of Mars. When it is connected to the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars and sometimes Saturn, Jupiter's influence then becomes a personal one; taking into account the Mother's relatibility to her child. Since the mother figure is the first person that we bond with after we come out of the womb it represents the concept of relating to others, how others relate to you and if there are any blocks in her adult life concerning relating it can be found in the aspects. 

 

 

Jupiter in Pisces

Logan's faith in life rests upon the acceptance of things working out as they will. This can lead her into self-sacrifice which may happen unconsciously, with your losing or having to forgo something or someone for reasons beyond your control. Now she has come to distrust that accepting attitude in which she innately believed with her philosophy of life possibly having devolved into something fanciful or insubstantial. this should also be looked at as a revealment of your growth and development in life hinges upon trusting in the power of your sensitivity and goodwill which are the true fundaments of acceptance.

 

Jupiter in the 10th House

Logan will be known for her qualities of faith and enterprise as well as other personal talents: maybe concerning law, drama, teaching, religion or military. Logan having a prominent  and affluent professional position or being involved with something or someone prestigious. Also this could mean that Logan puts too much effort into her public or professional position that she could neglect her inner and home life. Logan has an enthusiasm for publicity, fame and fortune, but she needs to develop sooner rather than later honesty and integrity in performing your duties- or disgrace could result, and then she'd heartily denigrate success. Logan's mother's influence was or still is great concerning this inclination to excel and cut a dash in the outside world.

Jupiter Square Ascendant

Logan's relating needs argue with her persona. Logan likes to relate to people on an emotional and a very personal manner but since her Ascendant is Gemini Logan tends to relate in a more controversial or more of an intellectual manner. Again Logan needs to learn how to be alright with the emotions that she is feeling and not be afraid to relate to others in a more substantial way.

Jupiter Square Uranus

The relating principle versus the I behave principle. Jupiter shows us how we reach out to the world how we relate to those we like and love, how we relate as an employer or employee. It can be indicative of how we see ourselves in perspective to the universe. Uranus indicates a behavior pattern , how we are eccentric, how we are different or how willful we can be. The square shows that there are frustrations, a problem or an excess of energy. The behavior pattern or personal eccentricities may be working against the relating principle. Impetuous decisions made be made at the beginning of or the end of any relationship. Logan can be open one day and excessively stubborn the next. Uranus can give Logan a warped  perspective to develop in regards to her place in the universe. This might be where Logan doesn't relate to father time or father nature or universal law or one who feels beyond it. Selfishness, abrupt behavior involving other people, a willful attitude about partnerships, and similar kinds of behavior will have to be let go if she wants to get the most creative potential possible from herself.

 

Jupiter Square Chiron

When Jupiter squares Chiron, you may start to question your traditional beliefs. You may feel let down or even betrayed or disillusioned by an important person or institution you believed was morally superior or somehow larger-than-life, elevated and beyond reproach. You may have felt supported or upheld by people or ideas you believed in and that you could aspire towards, but may feel let down instead of inspired as Jupiter squares Chiron. But this can be the time to take your outward projection of greatness and place it back in yourself. If it is your religious or philosophical belief that the spiritual center can only exist outside of yourself, in a leader or ideal, you may find your leaders and ideals are not quite what you believed. The problem is that no one is perfect, we are all subject to human nature and the 3rd dimension, and although we can aspire to divine perfection and we can work to evolve towards that goal, yet we remain human. Forgetting that is what we call hubris, or false pride. Only believing in your goodness may find you disillusioned and projecting all the badness "out there". Yet, despite the endless lies and difficulties, when we can find divine beauty IN and respect for our human condition, true faith can grow.

 

Putting it all Together:

As we have seen from Logan's chart there is a lot of confusion as to which parent she should choose to model herself afterwards as an adult. Jupiter also reinforces that with the fact that her parents created an early family life that didn't show Logan how to relate to others, to herself and how to reach out and open up to others. Since Jupiter is in Pisces Logan has a natural distrust of others based on what she experienced as "normal" growing up. she will also pick others apart so that no one brings out her insecurities. Logan's parents didn't relate to one another or the relating was one-sided so she didn't get to see the concept of trusting others to open up to. In Logan's life there is a barrier that she keeps up that if I had to guess came from her father- when it comes to interactions with others. In the public eye Logan acts just like a Gemini, a persona that hides her true nature- which is that of a nurturing feeler whom cares. If Logan can understand that there are at least 2 sides to her personality (the intellect that she got from her father and the intuitive emotional understanding from her mother) and work with the energies in a more harmonious way she would understand that it is okay to show your feelings both good and bad in an intellectual manner or take the time to understand the feelings that her emotions are giving her in a rational way. That she doesn't have to turn into her mother unless she feels that her mother's positive traits may benefit her as an adult. The same things can be said of Logan's father's influence on her as well. Manipulation of others is never a good thing even though she learned this behavior from her mother. Once Logan is done hiding her true nature and looks at her childhood past, her interactions with her siblings, friends and parents she will be able to start mending the bridge that is her heart so she can stop carrying around all of the dark and negative things to bring them into the light.
